McDonald’s drive-thru burglar caught at Waffle House | Crime
OPELIKA, AL – An Opelika man snuck into a McDonald’s in the early hours of Jan. 1, but he wasn’t sneaky enough for police.
A witness reported that she saw a pick-up truck parked at the drive-thru window at the Columbus Parkway McDonald’s around 3:45 a.m.
She also saw a man crawl out the drive-thru window, get in the truck and drive away.
Police were able to find the truck and the driver at Waffle House.
Brock Pugh, age 37, was arrested and charged with third degree burglary.
He was taken to the Lee County Detention Facility.
