OPELIKA, AL - Two Opelika men were robbed at gunpoint the day after Thanksgiving.

The men were walking behind Midway Plaza on Nov. 23 around 11 p.m. when a black SUV pulled up to them.

Three men got out of the vehicle and aimed guns at them. They demanded they hand over their money.

The suspects dug through the victims' pockets but couldn't find any money. The victims then saw some friends nearby and called out to them. They started to run towards the victims when the suspects got back in their SUV and fled the scene.

The victims could not provide a physical description of the suspects and the victims were not hurt during the incident. The case remains under investigation.
